Biometric passport build-operate-transfer programme

In operation Status as of 1 July 2021 · Funding type: Concession or PPP

AUGENTIC announced a ten-year passport partnership with Portugal's INCM and later reported production starting on 1 July 2021 1,4. The supplier describes private financing followed by infrastructure transfer to DGSN. CAMERCAP-PARC questioned the foreign-supplier model but recorded shorter passport delivery times 3. PassCam's published terms reserve passport decisions to DGSN and describe separate processing responsibilities 2. These positions do not establish a data breach or independent clearance. The signed contract, verified revenue schedule and eventual transfer remain unavailable in the opened records.
